Refund policy

We want you to be confident ordering from Axil Event Decor. If something isn't right — or simply isn't what you expected — you can return it.

Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, including a change of mind. Return requests made after 14 days are not eligible.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all protective materials. You are welcome to open a package to inspect what you ordered — opening a box does not void your return. Items that have been used, installed at an event, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

What Can Be Returned
All of our products are eligible for return under these terms, including artificial florals, greenery, vases, candles and candle holders, ribbons, floral supplies, and structures. The only exception is custom-made or special-order items produced specifically for you, which cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
Email info@axileventdecor.com or call 848-997-8558 with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send instructions. Please wait for confirmation before shipping anything back, so we can make sure your return reaches the right place and is credited to your order.

Return Shipping and Restocking
For returns made by choice — including change of mind — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. Where a restocking fee applies, it is deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery, with photos, to info@axileventdecor.com. We will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Natural Variation
Handmade and hand-finished pieces vary slightly in color, texture, and finish, and screens display color differently. Minor variation of this kind is normal and is not considered a defect — but if a piece isn't right for your design, it is still returnable under the 14-day terms above.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before an order enters fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it is handled as a return under the terms above.
